Kids can be enrolled as early as 5 years of age, if they are mature and willing to learn.
The kids class for white belts is from 6:00pm to 6:45 pm and Orange Belts from 6:45pm to
7:30 pm. In these classes they do stretching, basic techniques, kata, self defense, break
falling, and learn how to punch, kick and block.. When they get further along they will
learn , weapons training, sparring, breaking boards, and much more.
All students will learn to count in Japanese and learn various martial arts terminology.
All classes are coed.
