There is no age limit for teens and adults. We believe you are never too old to start
learning karate.
The teen and adult class is 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. They do stretching, basic
techniques, kata, self defense, break falling, breaking boards, some judo, some
jujitsu, weapons, sparring and sparring techniques. They will also learn how to
punch, kick, block, and much, much more.
All students will learn to count in Japanese and learn various martial arts terminology.
All classes are coed.
